St Nicholas Church
Vale of Glamorgan
“A Mediaeval Church for Modern Times”
Through our doors all are welcome, for worship, reflection, community, and life’s greatest celebrations.
Welcome
A Place for Everyone
St Nicholas, ‘A Mediaeval Church for Modern Times’, is at the centre of a community of about 650 people. As the only public building in the village it has recently undertaken a programme of development - installing heated seats and an accessible toilet and a kitchen.
Whether it’s for quiet reflection, taking part in services, a self-help cup of tea or coffee while dropping off the kids at school, pausing a Vale walk or cycle ride for refreshment, to take in our important heritage, or to hold a meeting, all are welcome.
“700-year wait to spend a penny at church is over”
The Western Mail, on our new accessible toilet facilities, heated seating, and kitchen.
